RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Each Bogey Crew product is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing, color selection, or a change of mind.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items:

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

Once the issue is verified, we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund when applicable.

Sizing:

Please review the size guide provided on the product page before ordering. We cannot offer returns or exchanges when the correct product and size were delivered as ordered.

Order changes and cancellations

Because products are made to order, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once it has entered production. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an issue with your order.
